The apartment building is located in one of the hippest, most modern, and Historic areas of Athens. Opposite the view of the park with greenery and a walkway to Theisio and on the other side, the meeting point of the youth, with the old gasworks, Large concert areas like Technopolis, Bars, and clubs. The first and second floors are two individual apartments of 75m² each, with a one-bedroom, open-plan kitchen with a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The third and fourth floors were designed as one apartment with a round stair connecting the bedrooms with the living room upstairs. On the roof, we placed a swimming pool with a glass bottom, accessible only with an external steel stair, from the terrace of the fourth floor. The materials were kept simple, faced concrete balconies mixing with steel balustrades, so it can match the industrial vibe of the Gazi area.
