The site is located on one of the most popular beaches on Syros island, Agathopes beach. Due to its steep slope, it offers uncompromised views of the Kithnos and Serifos Islands.
Embracing the raw beauty of the rocky landscape and the dark colors of the sea, and taking inspiration from the simple honesty of the Cycladic architecture, we have designed the villas as one whitewashed volume, arranged in stepping order, placing the element of water as the connection to the sea. Each villa is designed to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, the sunrise to the east, and the sunset to the west. The terraces can be appreciated by every guest as they relax, swim in the pool or dine on the terrace.
Accommodation is compiled of two Villas of 95sq.m and three of 70sq.m, each with its own private swimming pool terrace, dining area, and sea view. Internal and external spaces are seamlessly connected and the entry for each villa happens from the main corridor with steps. The villa’s interior is divided into a sleeping/bathing volume and a living/dining volume, equally shared by all guests. Each villa offers uninterrupted views of the Aegean and privacy.
