The house is located on a sloping site of 10 meters height from the lowest point, hence House 10. The house’s main attraction is the white cube, the master bedroom, which extrudes from the stone facades as an independent volume. Stone and plaster were chosen to blend with the traditional architecture in Greece, but overall with a modern twist of design. The top floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The Ground Floor has a Guest room, Open plan Kitchen, Living room and a Bathroom. The swimming pool is located in front of the house and is accessible through the Kitchen or the living room. We created a comfortable terrace, so the owners will enjoy the stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area.
