This proposal was done as the template for a large development in Leivadi outside Arachova village. The house is designed using the most sustainable and eco-friendly materials and main logwood as the structural frame and insulated wood paneling for external and internal cladding. The design of the canopy creates two covered terraces, for relaxation and dining areas. The interior design is simple and elegant, offering a large open-plan area between the living room and the kitchen. The two bedrooms were designed as attics, have en-suite bathrooms, and through the large windows stunning views of the landscape.
