V House is located in Palea Fokea in the settlement of A.t.e, on a site of 815m². The design divides the spaces into common on the first wing and private on the second. The access to the exterior garden and swimming pool was a key element in the design. The canopy is extended to filter the intensity of the climate by providing shade and protection from the elements. The circular design of the canopy breaks the edges and softens the design, ending with the decorative façade elements creating a playful extension. Key to the character of the house is the use of traditional materials, such as stone and wood, applied and engineered with contemporary methods.
