The Villa is built on the hillside overlooking Super Paradise Beach, just 5 minutes from the airport. The views are across the beach and the adjacent river gorge. Great care has been taken in positioning the villa on the site to enhance the dramatic views. The construction was done to the highest specification using the most modern materials and equipment. The large timber windows and doors are double-glazed with tropical-style shutters. The internal doors are manufactured from solid laminated marine ply with rubber gaskets to ensure excellent sound insulation between rooms. The finest state-of-the-art sanitary ware and accessories have been used in the spacious bathrooms. The infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea offers calmness and relaxation for the residents. All the bedrooms have large modern en-suite bathrooms carefully designed with a selection of high-end sanitaryware and accessories.
